Why we're listening
Black men are talked about a lot. We want to listen to them.
Before we tell Black men what they need, we should listen to what they are carrying.

Private responses are not publicly exposed. We look for patterns across many men rather than exposing any one man.

We look at aggregate patterns, not individual stories. Nothing shared in a check-in is publicly exposed.

The invited men helping CAREGD extend trust, access and participation.
A small group of trusted Black men helping CAREGD bring the invitation into spaces and relationships we cannot reach alone. Members do not speak on behalf of Black men. They help create pathways for more Black men to speak for themselves.

You Good, Bro? is building toward hearing from 10,000 Black men, one check-in at a time. I'm inviting a small group of trusted men — not to speak for Black men, but to help more Black men speak for themselves.
