Why we're listening
Black men are talked about a lot. We want to listen to them.
Before we tell Black men what they need, we should listen to what they are carrying.

Every completed Quick Headspace Check adds one voice to the listening effort.
We look at aggregate patterns, not individual stories. Nothing shared in a check-in is publicly exposed.

We're not asking you to speak for Black men. We're asking you to help more Black men speak for themselves.
You are being invited because trust travels through people. Your relationships, credibility and lived experience may help open a door we cannot open alone.

Black men are discussed in headlines, panels, reports and statistics every day. I want to start somewhere simpler: by asking and listening.
You Good, Bro? is building toward hearing from 10,000 Black men, one check-in at a time. I'm inviting a small group of trusted men — not to speak for Black men, but to help more Black men speak for themselves.
That could mean going first. Inviting your circle. Opening one door. Joining one listening moment. Or simply helping us think about how to do this with credibility and care.
